Break Through Session: This is a 30 minute phone session designed to target 1-2 areas of your health concerns. You will get simple and focused dietary and lifestyle recommendations to easily work into your life. (This is the only session I accept online payment for and I do not charge a service or tax fee- Book a session below!)
The 3 and 6 Month Plans (research shows that it takes 3 months to reset a system and 6 months to adopt a new behavior) – I only work with plans as any health program worth doing takes commitment, continued care and time.
